Fractional Sales Leader

Are you trying to fly the plane while building the "sales" engine?

You focus on the destination and as  your Fractional Sales Leader, I'll help build the systems, process and discipline .

The Problems I Solve

Different root problem, same starting point. I sit in the middle; senior enough to lead the function, flexible enough to fit your organization, accountable to outcomes, not hours.

Companies that need someone to run the function.

  •  Sales strategy defaults to whoever's most senior usually you. You're already running delivery, hiring, and client relationships, and now you're deciding where sales effort goes too, with no framework and no time to build one properly.
  • Deals move on instinct, not process,  no real pipeline, no consistent qualification, no accountability for what happens next.
  • A team may already exist, but nobody's leading it; people carrying targets with no coaching, no system, and no one checking the work.

Organizations that need their people to learn the skill

  • Your best technical people avoid selling because it feels like something they were never trained to do.
  • Revenue depends on a couple of naturally gifted "rainmakers," not a system the rest of the team can actually use.
  • Dormant relationships and referral potential sit untapped because nobody's ever shown your team how to have the conversation.

Who I Work With

1. Scaling Businesses

Companies that need senior sales leadership but aren't ready or don't want to hire full-time. As a Fractional Sales Leader, I embed with your team, take ownership of the revenue function, and drive it from the inside.

  1. Build the pipeline before you need a full-time person to run it.
  2. Turn dormant relationships into active deals.
  3. Establish lead generation activities

2. Professionals & Experts expected to Sell

You didn't become an expert to become a salesperson.  You can do both without faking it!

Sales Coaching for founder and partner-led professional services firms,  accounting and advisory chief among them where the product is expertise, billed by the hour, not what's on the shelves.

  • Accountants
  • Consultants
  • Engineers
  • Advisors

No scripts, no personas. Just people who already know their craft, learning to talk about like they mean it.

How this Works

Start with a call. Get a real diagnostic. Then take action together.

1. A Conversation, Not a Pitch

A short call to hear what's actually going on. No deck, no sales process just a real conversation about where growth is stuck.

2. The Revenue Ready Diagnostic

If it's worth going further, I run a short, no-obligation assessment with your team; brief interviews and a survey, benchmarked against what actually builds and breaks BD capability in your orgaization. You get a clear findings report either way, whether or not we work together after.

3. Action, Built Around What We Find

Depending on what the Diagnostic turns up, we build the skill inside your team, or I step in and run the function directly.

Either way, the call and the Diagnostic tell us the truth — even if it points a different direction than where you started.

About

Built on over three decades of real world experience

I have invested 30 years working inside the tension organizations feel between where they are and where they want to be by owning quota, building sales teams from the ground up, leading firm-wide revenue transformations, and coaching high-potential professionals into revenue generating machines. My Executive Coaching training develops people while driving results. I've learned along the way most growth problems aren't strategy problems, they're execution problems and execution needs people, systems, prcocess and technology working seamlessly. When you work with Voxtur, you get me. and I will bring those pieces togther.

What Shapes How I Work

I've led in environments where trust is the only currency: professional services, technology, relationship driven B2B. I don't bring a transaction-first mindset.

  • My Executive Coaching background means I develop people while I drive results. The two aren't separate.
  • I've worked with companies at different stages — from founder-led startups to national organizations and I adapt accordingly. There's no one-size playbook.
  • The best growth strategies are the ones a team can actually execute.
  • Complexity is usually a sign something hasn't been thought through.

Based in Calgary. Working across Western Canada. Three decades of building revenue in markets where relationships and reputation are everything.
