Gord has dedicated his career to fostering growth —both in people and organizations. The name "Voxtur," derived from the Icelandic word for "growth," reflects one of his core values. Whether it's facilitating the development of high-potential talent, or leading teams to exceed revenue expectations, Gord has consistently delivered results for over three decades. Known for his personable, creative, and direct approach, he combines strong business acumen with an intuitive ability to unlock potential. His leadership inspires growth at many levels—professional,  personal and organizationally.

Qualifications

Gord’s qualifications are grounded in real-world experience and a steadfast commitment to continuous learning. He began his journey at RRC, where he studied in the Business Program, laying the foundation for his career. Over the years, Gord has continued to invest in his professional growth through a variety of in house and formal educational programs. Most recently, he earned his designation as a Certified Executive Coach from Royal Roads University, further enhancing his ability to lead and inspire others.
