I built a revenue model from scratch at a national firm built around two speeds: selling directly to prospects and driving revenue, and working beside partners to qualify, strategize, and coach them through the close. Layered on top were national marketing campaigns generating leads that actually converted. It worked. So we scaled it.
I transitioned from player-coach to national leadership, built a team across the country, and inside two years that team was generating $14M in net new revenue annually.
This gap exists in professional services firms across Canada right now. The partners feel it. The managing partners know it. Most just don't have the person who has already solved it.

I helped build a qualification framework to identify and prioritize high-value opportunities, launched a Digital Proposal Platform and implemented a CRM system to professionalize how the business sells, and developed competitive positioning to differentiate against firms with far larger footprints. Beyond the internal build, I led partnership development and new market initiatives — including venue partnerships to open revenue channels that didn't exist before.
The work continues. The business is well positioned for growth and leveling up.
